4th Suspect Arrested In June Shooting That Left A 19-Year-Old Dead

black male handcuffs DeLand, FL - A 4th suspect was arrested on Thursday in connection to the Walts Ave. shooting in June. 29-year-old Steven Gardner was arrested on September 22 by the DeLand Police Department with the help of the USMS Florida/Caribbean Regional Task Force and VCSO. He's been charged with 2nd-degree felony murder for the June 20 shooting that left 19-year-old Tyrique Seamster dead. He's being held at the Volusia County Jail without bond.
