3 Arrested And Charged In June 20 Shooting That Left A 19-Year-Old Man Dead

bullet-casings-asphalt DeLand, FL - Three men have been arrested and charged with 2nd-degree murder in the June 20 shooting that left a 19-year-old man dead. Tyrique Seamster was found with a gunshot wound to the head at 236 Walts Ave on June 20 and was brought to Halifax Hospital where he died. Investigators say 24-year-old Dervonte Somers, 21-year-old Keith Johnson, and 27-year-old Ralpheal Brown went into a house uninvited and confronted someone about a stolen gun. The result was a shootout that left multiple people injured and Seamster dead. Somers, Johnson and Brown are all facing a 2nd-degree felony murder charge. The case is still under investigation.
