UPDATE (05-14-19): VCSO announced that Beckwith has been located and she has been taken into protective custody.

The Volusia County Sheriff's Office says that sometime last night (May 13th), 64-year-old Julie Beckwith left her Ridge Boulevard home without her phone, wallet or medication for her bipolar disorder.
According to VCSO, Beckwith last spoke to a friend around 3 p.m. yesterday. Her family reported her missing around 10 p.m. when they realized she disappeared from home as early as 6 p.m.
VCSO's Air One and deputies have been searching nearby wooded areas for her. Bloodhounds from Tomoka Correctional Institute are also being called in to help with the search.
Anyone who locates Beckwith or has information on her whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
