UPDATE (04-05-19): The Volusia County Sheriff's Office has identified the deceased male as 35-year-old Mark Guerin Jr.
He was pronounced dead on the scene just before 5 a.m.
VCSO says there's no sign of trauma or any immediate indications of foul play causing his death. Investigators are now waiting on toxicology results.

Investigators tell us the call arrived just after 4:30 this morning (April 5th), with first responders finding a man lying on the ground near the road.
No other details have been released by VCSO but a spokesperson has confirmed that the death is suspicious.
The scene is near a home that's just northwest of the Elkcam Boulevard intersection.
