VCSO Asks For Help To ID DeBary Car Burglary Suspect

Volusia County, FL-Deputies are looking for help from the public to identify a car burglary suspect in DeBary. The suspect was caught on camera and video shortly after the crime using the victim's credit card in Winter Springs. The burglary possibly happened sometime overnight and was discovered by the victim around 9 AM at a home on the 100 block of Bradwick Circle in DeBary on November 23rd. Both the man and woman's vehicles were burglarized and the man's wallet was stolen. Later on the same day, the suspect was caught on camera using that credit card at a Speedway gas station in Winter Spring. The suspect was driving a red Dodge Durango that may be a 2004 model. He was seen buying cigarettes and talking to several customers at the gas pumps. The same vehicle and suspect were also spotted on security video from the Saxon Woods subdivision where the burglary happened. The suspect, described as a male with dark hair and a dark complexion, is believed to be about 5 feet, 9 inches tall with a medium build. He has a mustache, and in the attached video frames, he’s wearing what may be a Pittsburgh Steelers cap with a sticker still attached to the flat bill.
