UPDATE (7-10-19): Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood spoke at the crime scene earlier this morning and said that the male found at the scene left a note apologizing to his family for what he did.

His identity has not been released yet.

The two women have been identified as 56-year-old Nancy Eads and 32-year-old Lisa Ferraro.

Sheriff Chitwood said that Eads was in the process of making a plan to evict the male, her boyfriend, from the residence.

That's when he shot Eads and Ferraro before turning the gun on himself.
