St. Augustine, FL - "I'll never tell you where the bodies are." According to the prosecutor, that's what the Deltona man accused of killing his wife and her two children told investigators.

Luis Toledo, 35, is accused of killing 28-year-old Yessenia Suarez and her children, Thalia Otto, 9, and Michael Otto, 8, who went missing from their Deltona home in October of 2013. Their bodies have never been found.

Toledo has confessed to killing Suarez, but he has denied killing the children.

Twelve jurors and three alternates, eleven of whom are women, started hearing testimony on Wednesday, October 11, before Circuit Judge Raul Zambrano at the Richard O. Watson Judicial Center in St. Augustine. The trial was moved to St. Augustine due to a high level of publicity.

Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty.
