Transition Begins At Flagler Sheriff's Office With Meeting Between Staly And Manfre

Flagler County, FL-A meeting was held this week between the incoming and the outgoing sheriff in Flagler County to begin the transition process. Rick Staly won the election Tuesday to become Sheriff-Elect and met with outgoing Sheriff Jim Manfre for an hour. Staly got a tour of the operations center and the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
