DeLand, FL – An early morning traffic stop in DeLand on a stolen vehicle turned police chase ends with an 18-wheeler overturning and three men being arrested.
DeLand Police officers tried to conduct a traffic stop on a four door grey Toyota Corolla around 4 a.m. for a traffic violation.
