Daytona Beach, FL – A rollover accident involving an SUV also takes out a power pole on the beachside.

According to Sasha Staton with the Daytona Beach Fire Department, units responded to the 1400 block of South Peninsula with reports of a major vehicle accident.

There, responding units found out that an SUV traveling southbound on Peninsula hit a power pole before turning over. Firefighters had to extricate the entrapped driver who was the only one in the vehicle. The adult male driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
