Earlier reporting below.

Palm Coast, FL - The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is looking for this man and they need the public's help.

Around 6:40 p.m. last night, FCSO responded to State Road 100 just before 7 p.m. yesterday (April 9th), for a verbal disturbance involving a man and his ex-girlfriend.

When deputies arrived, the suspect, 24-year-old Justin Tyler Blake of Texas, took off on foot.

The victim told FCSO that Blake has been following her for the past few months and she was in fear for her life. She stated that she moved out of the house they were living in together out of state because Justin was physically beating her and their children.

Blake has continuously followed her from Texas and will not leave her alone, according to her narrative. She has also made numerous threats to harm those who stand in his way of getting to her.

She told deputies that around 6 p.m. that day, she was leaving Advent Health in Palm Coast when she saw a U-Haul truck in the parking lot that Blake walked out of.

The victim then went and hid in a nearby McDonald's and tried to call for help.

Blake saw her inside the restaurant and began following her again, this time towards a RaceTrac gas station at State Road 100 and Old Kings Road.

Her friend went to pick her up and as she got in her car, Blake grabbed her and wouldn't let her go.

She got scrapes and a large red mark from Blake holding on to her.

When deputies responded, they found Blake's U-Haul and placed stop sticks behind the right tire to keep him from moving. Blake eventually came back and FCSO started to command Blake to get out of the vehicle.

Blake backed the truck over the stop stick which deflated the tire. A deputy then stood in front of the truck and ordered him out again. That's when Blake put the vehicle in drive and drove towards the deputy.

The truck then took off and pulled onto SR-100, headed towards southbound I-95. Blake drove on and off the roadway a couple of times with the right rear tire missing on his vehicle.

Later on, Blake ended up driving the vehicle into the I-95 median and around mile marker 279, where he exited the truck and ran into the woods.

FCSO K9 deputies tracked Blake along with the assistance of Volusia County Sheriff's Office and Air One, but they could not find him.

Authorities are now looking for Blake in the woods off of Old Kings Road and Old Dixie Highway. His charges include aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, stalking, operating a vehicle with no Florida license, resisting an officer without violence, domestic battery and fleeing.

If anyone has information on Blake they're urged to call the Flagler County Sheriff's Office at (386) 313-4911 or call 911.
