Daytona Beach, FL-Police are investigating a shooting Monday night at the Crab Stop Restaurant that wounded three people in Daytona Beach. The location is near West ISB and Keech Street.

Police responded to the shooting around 10 PM to find two wounded at the scene. A third person showed up at Halifax Hospital with a gunshot. All wounds are non-life-threatening.

Daytona Beach Police reports say the incident began with the firing of a waitress who was accused of stealing.  She called family members.  They arrived and that’s when the shooting began.

The owner of the restaurant was shot once in the back and once in the stomach.  Another person in the restaurant was grazed by a bullet in the chest and forearm.  A third person was struck in the leg by a random bullet as he was driving past the restaurant.

There are no reports of any arrests in the case.
