Earlier reporting follows: When a family pet runs off, it's upsetting. When someone steals your pet, that's even worse. The owner of a brown and white Sheltie, Hannah, was dining at the Culver's restaurant on Dunlawton on Sunday, May 8. Hannah was secured on her leash outside the restaurant. Video shows that an unknown man may have cut the leash and stolen the dog around 12:30 P.M. The Port Orange Police Department is actively investigating this case. If you have any information regarding Hannah’s whereabouts or the identity of the man, please contact Detective Lamirande at 386-506- 5886 or CarlL@port-orange.org.
