Daytona Beach, FL-Deputies have taken a 76-year-old man into custody and charged him after a woman riding a bicycle reported seeing him in the window of a home, naked and touching himself. VCSO spokesman Andrew Gant says the suspect was on probation and wearing an ankle monitor at the time of the alleged incident last Thursday. James Sweet was located at his home and charged. The ankle monitor showed Sweet was home, at 1311 10th Street in Daytona Beach, at the time of this most recent incident.
He was on probation and wearing the ankle monitor after he was charged in a similar case in 2013 when he exposed himself to two juveniles on a fishing dock in Ormond Beach.
The victim in this most recent incident was able to pick Sweet out of a photo lineup.
