Daytona Beach, FL - An 18-year-old male who was arrested for trespassing on school property was found to be wearing a Volusia County Schools jacket.

Earlier this morning (February 21st) at Seabreeze High School, an assistant principal and campus advisor spotted 18-year-old Joshua Nankivell walking around the camps while school was in session.

Nankivell was previously trespassed from school property back in September after the school resource officer found him trying to pass himself off as Seabreeze student.

When the assistant principal and advisor tried to approach Nankivell, he took off running and eventually made it off campus.

Just before noon, a teacher told the resource officer that she saw Nankivell standing near the north gates of the school near the Bank of America parking lot. She also told the officer that she saw him earlier on campus wearing a red Volusia County School jacket.

Nankivell was eventually arrested for trespassing on school grounds. The jacket was confiscated and turned over to Volusia County Schools.

This isn't Seabreeze's first security problem the past week. Two students were suspended and one expelled following a series of fights that happened in and around the school's campus. A threat followed those fights which led to over 700 students staying home from school this past Tuesday (February 19th)
