Road Closures Will Affect Daytona Beach I-95 Access

Daytona Beach, FL- Beginning tonight, motorists will not be able to access westbound I-4 from I-95 The westbound ramps to I-4 will be closed 24-7 for the next three weeks beginning at 10 p.m. tonight. Florida Department of Transportation spokesperson Jessica Ottaviano said that I-4 will not be accessible from north or southbound I-95 ramps. Drivers will also have to deal with full overnight closures of I-95 in the Daytona Beach area between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. FDOT says that detour signs will be posted. The westbound ramps are scheduled to reopen at 6 a.m. on October 9th.
