Port Orange, FL-Port Orange city leaders want to hear from residents for input on priorities in the strategic plan. A public meeting is planned Wednesday night. Port Orange Assistant City Manager Alan Rosen says the city continues to seek ways to get ideas from residents on improving the quality of life.

Rosen says the most recent round of yearly citizen surveys numbered almost 2,000 filled out and returned. He says that's the most ever since Port Orange began those surveys more than a decade ago.

Rosen recommends an RSVP for the meeting only so organizers can plan for the crowd. RSVP is not required. The meeting is at 6:30 PM Wednesday at the Adult Activity Center on South Ridgewood Avenue. Email Cityclerk@Port-Orange.org or call 386-506-5563.
