Flagler Beach, FL-Someone has been passing bogus $20's in Flagler Beach and police there are warning the public. Police Chief Captain Matt Doughney says two funny 20's were passed at two places recently that are only blocks away from one another-Burrito Works and the Flagler Beach City Hall. The bills don't look quite right, according to Doughney, who says the color is a darker than normal, the paper doesn't feel right and the serial numbers are the same. Doughney says the people passing the bogus bills are likely putting them in with other legit money and apparently paying larger bills with them. Doughney says he thinks the suspects are paying for something that is $60 or $80 when the business is busy and less likely to catch the bad bills in with other money.
