Armed Robbery Suspect Grabbed Pills At Palm Coast Walgreens

White pills stacked Flagler County, FL-A suspect is in custody in connection to an armed robbery at a Walgreens on Palm Coast Parkway early Tuesday morning. Flagler County Sheriff's investigators say that the suspect may also have attempted a burglary at a pharmacy in Bunnell. Matthew Green allegedly pointed a firearm at a pharmacist at the Walgreens around 6 A.M. Deputies say he got two bottles of prescription painkillers, fled on foot and got into a nearby vehicle. Review of surveillance video enabled investigators to track Green to his home at 104 S. Anderson St. and arrest him at 2 P.M. Both Green and the gun have been positively identified from the robbery. He's also a suspect in an attempted burglary at Bunnell Pharmacy. That incident took place prior to the Walgreens robbery.
