Pediatric Rehabilitation Patients At FL Hospital Flagler Receive Toy Donations

Posted

Palm Coast, FL - Pediatric patients at Florida Hospital Flagler’s Freytag Children’s Rehabilitation Center have recently received toy donations from the hospital’s Foundation.

Physical, speech, and occupational therapists picked out the toys, keeping the needs of the patients in mind. The Freytag Children’s Rehabilitation Center is situated within the Florida Hospital Flagler Parkway Medical Plaza located at 120 Cypress Edge Drive in Palm Coast.

The Rehabilitation Center cares for children with special needs such as developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, Down syndrome, and more. Patients range in age from newborns to 13-year-olds. The patients are treated by therapists staffed by PT Solutions, a national private practice owned by physical therapists.

“It was wonderful to be here today and see the caregivers in action – loving and caring for these precious children,” said Sue Freytag. “Peter and I are so blessed to be able to support the Florida Hospital Flagler Foundation and directly see the impact of our donation, as well as the generous contributions of many others.”
