Ormond Beach, FL - An investigation by the Ormond Beach Police ends with the arrest of a couple for possession of child porn. 50-year-old
Patrick Stephens is charged with three counts of child porn possession and his partner, 54-year-old
Toni Zorda is charged with 30 counts of possession.
Stephens is also charged with failure to register as a sex offender, due to charges of possession of child porn in Georgia. He was arrested three times in 2014, also for failure to register.
The investigation revealed more than 2,300 photos/videos of girls between 5 and 12 years old portrayed in sexually explicit situations. Arrest warrants were issued Thursday and they are both in the Volusia County Jail.
