Edgewater, FL - A teenage boy ends up in the hospital after some sort of firework mishap near Edgewater on the 4th of July.
Volusia County fire officials tell us the call for help came in around 8:40 last night from a boat in the Intracoastal Waterway near Kennedy Memorial Park.
Initial reports are the 13-year-old boy suffered a severe hand injury and ended up in an Orlando area hospital.
