Daytona Beach, FL - Six different events are preparing to take over all 200,000 square feet of Daytona's Ocean Center this weekend, making for a busy couple of days.

And while three of those events are private, there's still plenty left open for the public to do Saturday (September 21st) and Sunday (September 22nd).

Gymnastics

For those interested in gymnastics, the Ace Gymnastics Daytona Beach Bash returns Saturday and Sunday for its 17th year at the Ocean Center.

The event is a U.S. Association of Gymnastics sanctioned women's level 1-5 and Xcel and Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) level 1-5 competition. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday and 6:30 a.m. on Sunday.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children 5-12. They can also be purchased at the door with cash. Competitions run through 7:30 p.m. on Saturday and 4:30 p.m. for Sunday.

Martial Arts

Kick USA's International Championships, dubbed "The Battle of Daytona," begins at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and runs until 8:30 p.m.

Kick USA is a nonprofit, community-based organization founded in 1994 to promote the positive benefits of martial arts to youth. This tournament will include traditional and creative weapon, forms and point and light continuous sparring.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the door with cash; kids under three get free admission.

Gun Show

And running both Saturday and Sunday is the Florida Gun Show.

The event runs between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday. Attendees can enjoy an enormous array of new, used and antique firearms along with ammunition, shooting supplies, knives, accessories and other gear.

Concealed weapons classes will also be held at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Daily tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door with cash.

All federal, state and local firearm ordinances must be obeyed.
