Holly Hill, FL – The county opens a new Property Appraiser office location in Holly Hill.

The original office off of North Beach Street in Daytona Beach was damaged by flood waters back in September after Hurricane Irma, forcing the office to close. The office was then moved to a temporary location to the health department building on Holsonback Drive.

Now the county announces that they have opened a new office on 921 North Nova Road in Holly Hill, near the intersection of 3rd Street.

“It’s nice and new compared to our old office,” says Volusia County Property Appraiser Larry Bartlett. “We will be able to better serve our citizens from this new office, which is spacious, centrally located and has convenient parking.”

The property appraiser has three other offices: in DeLand on Indiana Avenue, New Smyrna off Canal Street and Orange City on Enterprise Road.
