After his arrest, the detectives went to Peterson’s motor home to find 136 plants both inside and outside. More marijuana, pills, and paraphernalia was found as well.

Peterson has been charged with the manufacture of marijuana, trafficking in hydromorphone, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. There are more charges pending.

Peterson has received a bond of $57,500 but is being held the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach, FL.
