Man Robs Daytona Beach 7-Eleven With Wooden Club

Daytona Beach, FL - VCSO's looking for the man that robbed a 7-Eleven with a wooden club on Wednesday morning.

Deputies went to the store at 1200 Flomich St. around 5:07 AM on Wednesday, September 28, just minutes after the robbery. An employee told deputies he was standing by a cooler near the register when the suspect came in, grabbed him by the collar, then walked him back to the counter and made him open the register. No one was hurt during the robbery.

The suspect's been described as a white man, about 6 feet tall between 150 and 180 pounds and he was wearing a zip-up camouflage hooded sweatshirt with a built-in mask which covered his face. He was wearing gray pants and black and white Puma sneakers.

The investigation is ongoing and more details will be released as they become available.
