Palm Coast, FL - It didn't take Flagler County deputies too long to find a man who threatened to shoot his partner before he shot up the hospital she worked at.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office reports that a call came in around 12:15 yesterday afternoon (October 13th) from an employee at AdventHealth Palm Coast. She reported that her domestic partner had made threats to shoot her and her workplace.

The hospital was then placed under lockdown while deputies searched for the suspect, who was identified as 35-year-old Kelsey Anderson. Anderson has a history of priors in Flagler County with various Grand Theft, Burglary, and Dealing in Stolen Property charges, according to FCSO.

A warrant was filed for his arrest, and later that night he was finally taken into custody at the Hidden Trails Community Park in Bunnell.

“Our team did an excellent job in working this case, following all leads and apprehending the suspect,” Flagler Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Now he can return to the Green Roof Inn where he belongs and the victim and Advent Health Palm Coast can be safe and return to normal operations. We take all threats seriously and I'm glad this incident ended with no injuries.”
