Yessenia Suarez with Thalia and Michael Otto Volusia County, FL- Accused triple murderer Luis Toledo is on the court docket later this week. He is accused of killing his wife, Yessenia Suarez and her children, Thalia and Michael Otto in 2013. Their bodies have not been found but Toledo was arrested and charged after investigators found blood stains in the home shared by the family. A status conference is set for this Friday, August 19. A criminal trial was to begin earlier this year but was delayed after a U.S. Supreme Court ruling declared the death penalty sentencing procedure unconstitutional. The Florida Supreme Court is now reviewing Florida's death penalty in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling. Prosecutors asked for a trial date tentatively in early October.
