Magic Of Lights Returning To Daytona

Daytona Beach, FL - Daytona's family-friendly holiday lights extravaganza is returning to the World Center of Racing.

Magic of Lights returns to Daytona International Speedway starting November 22nd running through to the new year. It's the event's third year at the track and Andrew Booth, the Public Relations Director at DIS, says that there's a lot more coming this year.

"More than a million lights and with an additional 100,000 lights this year," said Booth. "We have an extended course that will actually run through the AdventHealth injector and then we have some new displays and some new experiences."

That experience is an "out-of-car" experience known as the "S'Elfie Tunnel," which will provide refreshments and snacks for guests.

Among the new light displays for 2019's holiday season are the Ornament Passing and Joy to the World. There are returning favorites hitting the event such as the Enchanting Tunnel of Lights, 12 Days of Christmas, 200-foot Candy Cane Lane and Snowflake Forest.

Advance tickets are on sale now through the speedway's website. You can also call 1-800-PITSHOP (1-800-748-7467).
