Deltona, FL - The city of Deltona is holding it's annual Light Up City Hall event tomorrow. Everyone is invited to join the Mayor and City Commission as the lights are turned on for the holiday season.
The display this year includes more than 10,000 blue and white lights. They are animated and set to music. Other decorations include Santa's workshop, elves carrying candy canes, and a giant sleigh and reindeer built by Deltona firefighters.
The layout and design are created by Deltona resident and Volusia Sheriff's Office employee Jimmie Stone. Visitors can listen to the music on their car radio to hear the holiday sounds synchronized with the light display.
Deltona's Light Up City Hall happens at 6 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
