Palm Coast, FL- A juvenile told Flagler County Sheriff's deputies that he wanted to turn his life around when he admitted to car burglaries in Palm Coast and in St. Johns County on Monday.  FCSO detectives filed felony charges against the 16-year-old for car burglaries in 14 different locations. Investigators into the vehicle burglaries made contact with the teen and another juvenile on Sunday, September 9th.  Deputies made contact with the juvenile at this father's home.  They also found the teen that's been charged at that home.  Both boys denied that they had anything to do with the burglaries even though items reported stolen were found at the residence. This past Monday, September 17th, the teen spoke to deputies and admitted to the car burglaries in both Palm Coast and St. Johns County.  Sheriff Rick Staly said "Many of these crimes could have been prevented if the cars had been locked. We do hope he will truly turn his life around before he lands in the Green Roof Inn as an adult.
