Flagler Beach, FL-Two Flagler County teen-age girls had an encounter of the wrong kind at the Flagler Beach pier on Thursday.

A homeless man is in jail after allegedly exposing himself to the girls at the Flagler Beach pier early Thursday morning. Police say 72-year-old James Tussing is charged with two third-degree felony counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition.

Tussing approached the girls after midnight near the A-frame of the pier. He asked them if they needed a ride, then asked them if they wanted “some of this” and pulled out his penis. The girls said “no” and walked away. The mother picking up the girls pressed charges.

Tussing is in the Flagler County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
