Update: The lawsuit was dismissed just before the hearing was to begin.
DeLand, FL - The Florida Democratic Party has announced a new lawsuit against the Volusia County Supervisor of Elections, Lisa Lewis.
According to the report, the FL Dems is asking the court to order Lewis to provide a list of the provisional ballots from the midterm elections.
WNDB has reached out to the FL Dems' attorney, Sherrille Akin, a DeLand based attorney, who was not able to comment on the lawsuit.
Lewis has yet to comment on the suit.
A similar lawsuit is also being filed against Palm Beach County.
The hearing is scheduled for three o'clock this afternoon at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand.
