Flagler County Sheriff Closes Down Another Drug House

Palm Coast, FL - Four out of five people arrested at a home located at 11 Raemoor Drive in Palm Coast when a search warrant was issued are in the Flagler County Jail. The search was issued Friday (June 21) after community tips were received about narcotics activity at the property.

Arrested are 26-year-old Jordan Tyler Cheney, charged with Possession of Fentanyl, Tampering with of fabricating Physical Evidence and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is out of jail on a $5,500 bond.

37-year-old Margaret Lynn Tillman and 40-year-old John Wesley Jakobson are each charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Schedule III Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of New or Legend Drug. Tillman's bond is set at $13,000. Jakobson's bond is $10,250. They remain in Flagler County Jail.

Also arrested are 33-year-old Glenn James Moratto and 34-year-old Samantha Marie Tillman, each arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Their bonds are set at $250 apiece and they are in the Flagler County Jail.

As detectives announced themselves as they were serving the search warrant, one suspect attempted to flush narcotics and paraphernalia down the toilet. During the search, detectives located prescription pills, Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, used and unused needles, smoking pipes with cannabis residue, and drug paraphernalia.

“This is another great example of people in the community seeing activity that didn’t look right and reporting it to law enforcement and then working with our federal partners,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “Now we have five more drug offenders off the streets. The owner of the property was on the scene when the search warrant was served. He told deputies that will be starting the eviction process on anyone currently living at the residence who does not leave of their own accord.

More charges are pending as the investigation continues.
