FDOT Warns Residents Of Upcoming Temporary Road Closures In Daytona Area

Daytona Beach, FL - Volusia County residents are urged to be aware of some rescheduled temporary road closures in the Daytona Beach area in order to accommodate construction starting this Wednesday. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) says the temporary closures of S.R. 400 (Beville Rd.) eastbound and I-4 exit 132B towards I-95 southbound have been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 9 at 10 PM until 6 AM Thursday due to weather delays. Detours will be marked to alert drivers of alternate routes, and FDOT asks that drivers slow down and follow detours signs through construction.   • Eastbound I-4/Beville Rd. traffic: Use exit 129 towards U.S. 92 (International Speedway Blvd.), merge onto I-95 southbound and take exit 260A to Beville Rd.
  • I-4 eastbound to I-95 southbound/exit 132B: Use exit 129 towards U.S. 92 (International Speedway Blvd.) east to I-95 southbound.
  • Please note that the I-4 exit 132A to I-95 northbound will remain open.
