Palm Coast, FL - Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) have apprehended a Palm Coast man after he went online to solicit sex with who he thought was a 14-year-old female. According to FDLE’s Orlando Cyber Crime Task Force, 28-year-old Kieran Oscar Sosa initiated a conversation through a website with an undercover agent posing as a 14-year-old girl. Sosa asked the “girl” if she was interested in sex and told her that he would come to her house so they could have sex while her mother was at work. The decoy and Sosa then agreed upon a location to meet. When Sosa arrived at the location, he was arrested and ultimately transported to the Seminole County Jail on a $60,000 bond. According to the FDLE, the State Attorney’s Office in the 18th Judicial Circuit will prosecute his case.
