FCSO: Repeat Sex Offender Arrested

Palm Coast, FL - A repeat sex offender is arrested again by Flagler County Sheriff's Office for sexual assault on a minor.

FCSO says they were called on Wednesday (September 12th), by a woman who says her son was sexually battered by 42-year-old Victor Williams.

According to the report, the mother originally found her son unconscious on the front porch of their home. She also said that even after several hours of resting in bed, he was disoriented and suffered from labored breathing.

The son told his mother that he went to Williams' residence on Big Bear Lane, and once there, Williams gave him narcotics and alcohol. He then said at some point he lost consciousness, and when he woke, Williams was assaulting him.

He described to his mother the various sexual acts Williams performed on him, and as a result of the attack he received injuries and did not feel well.

After conducting an interview with the First Coast Child Protection teach, FCSO was able to obtain a search warrant for Williams' home. Once there, Williams was arrest by FCSO SWAT.

In the interview with detectives, Williams admitted to providing narcotics and alcohol to the victim, as well as sexually assaulting him.

Williams was currently out on bond from Volusia County after he was arrested by Volusia County Sheriff's Office during an internet child sex sting in 2017.

FCSO has since contacted VCSO and they are currently in the process of revoking his bond in Volusia.

He's currently being held at Flagler County Jail where he remains on $100,000 bond.
