Port Orange, FL - A 26-year-old expecting mother from Port Orange recently won a $1 million Florida Lottery prize. Karlee Harbst went to the Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee to claim the prize she won in the $5,000,000 GOLD RUSH DOUBLER Scratch-Off game. She chose to collect her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $745,000. Harbst said she felt extremely lucky after winning $100 on the same Scratch-Off game the week before. "I almost didn't buy a ticket," she said. "When I saw the ticket was number 24, I had to get it. 24 is my favorite number!"
