Deltona Narcotics Related Shooting Suspect Extradited To Volusia County

Deltona, FL - The suspect who Volusia County Sheriff's detectives believe may have shot a man during an April 12 armed robbery and invasion of a Deltona home has been caught. Detectives believe 25-year-old Henry Hill (also known as “Bubba”) was involved in the shooting and home invasion of 1758 Santee Ave. on the evening of April 12. During the incident, a homeowner in his 20s was shot and subsequently transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Detectives have since been investigating the case as a narcotics-related event. Earlier reporting on this incident can be found here and here. On Tuesday, April 24, Hill was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail after being extradited to Volusia County. Hill had recently been located in Orange County. He faces two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, home invasion/robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon, possession of cannabis in excess of 20 grams, and criminal mischief. Hill remains at the jail without bond.
