used car concept Holly Hill, FL - An unhappy customer was arrested after police say he assaulted a man with a heart condition who sold him a used car that overheated. 23-year-old LeHenry Baker of Deltona bought a used BMW for $1,900 on Friday from a Holly Hill auto dealership, according to a Holly Hill Police Department report. On that same day, the car overheated and shut off at a light. Baker went back to the dealership on Saturday around 10:40 AM and started yelling at the owner and the staff about the defective car, per the report. The owner offered to fix the car or refund the money, but Baker demanded the money immediately and followed him into a garage yelling the entire time, according to officers. Baker allegedly got in the owner's face at one point, pushed him against a wall, slapped a phone out of the owner's hands when he tried to cal 911 and threatened to burn down the business. Paramedics took the owner to a nearby hospital for treatment after he started complaining of chest pains. Baker was brought to the Volusia County Jail and was released after posting $5,000 bail.
