Luis Toledo has a case management conference scheduled for 1:30 PM on March 24 before Circuit Judge Raul A. Zambrano in Courtroom 4B at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand.
Toledo's accused of killing his wife, Yessenia Suarez, and her children, Thalia, 9, and Michael Otto, 8, after they disappeared from their Deltona home in October of 2013.
