Deltona Man Accused Of Killing Wife And Her 2 Kids In 2013 To Appear In Court

DeLand, FL - Update: During the case management session, Circuit Judge Raul A. Zambrano ruled on several dates regarding the case. Luis Toledo's trial jury selection will start on October 2 in St. Augustine. Judge Zambrano set a deadline of June 2 for any death penalty motions and a court date for a hearing on all pending motions on June 23. Earlier Reporting: The triple murder suspect accused of killing his wife and her 2 young children will be back in a Volusia County courtroom on Friday afternoon. Luis Toledo has a case management conference scheduled for 1:30 PM on March 24 before Circuit Judge Raul A. Zambrano in Courtroom 4B at the Volusia County Courthouse in DeLand. Toledo's accused of killing his wife, Yessenia Suarez, and her children, Thalia, 9, and Michael Otto, 8, after they disappeared from their Deltona home in October of 2013.
