DeLand, FL - People in DeLand will soon be finding rocks hidden around the city by the DeLand Police Department, and they will receive prizes for their finds.
The DeLand Police Department has recently painted several rocks and will be hiding them throughout the entire city. For the lucky few that find the rocks, there will be a number to call to redeem some cool prizes, which are being donated by the officers with the police department. Those who find the rocks get to keep them.
People who find the DeLand PD rocks are asked to email pictures to Community Information Specialist Chris Graham at grahamc@deland.org so they can be shared on the City of DeLand Facebook page.
