Daytona Beach, FL - Authorities are looking into a Daytona Beach man after a photo of a dog with his mouth taped shut was posted to his Facebook account.
The Daytona Beach Police Department says the city's Animal Control officials have been made aware of the photo after it was posted Sunday to the account of Bryan Futur Gomez.
"Animal Control officers are currently attempting to identify the person responsible for the act and determine if any charges are to be filed," said DBPD Sergeant Jimmie Flynt.
No further information is available and no police report has been written up at this time, per DBPD.
