DBPD Investigates Shooting; Home Sprayed With Bullets While Family Inside

Daytona Beach, FL - An investigation is underway by Daytona Beach police following a shooting incident that happened Wednesday afternoon when a woman's home was sprayed with bullets.

According to WFTV-9 News, Clara Jones, 67, said bullets flew into her home on Thunderbird Drive, Wednesday, March 29, while she, her daughter, 12-year-old grandchild and a friend were inside.

Jones believes her 22-year-old grandson may have been the target.

No one was injured. The incident is under investigation, more information as it becomes available.
