DBIA Flight Patterns Changing

Daytona Beach, FL - Residents are soon going to see a change in flight patterns at Daytona Beach International Airport.

Volusia County said in a news release today that, "The closure will not impact airline operations but will affect flight patterns."

The change comes with DBIA's taxiway rehabilitation project that will shut down the main runway (7L/25R).

Residents near the airport will see a flight pattern increase going north and south beginning July 14th. The closure of the main runway will last one month.
