Coke Zero Sugar 400 Gets New Start Date

Daytona Beach, FL - Starting next season, the Coke Zero Sugar 400 will run on a different date.

According to staff at the Daytona International Speedway, instead of its regular July 4th weekend, the 400 will shift to August 29th and serve as the final race of the NASCAR regular season.

In 2020, the @NASCAR Cup Series Regular Season will begin and end at DAYTONA. The 2020 #CokeZeroSugar400 on Saturday, Aug. 29, will be the final opportunity to qualify for the #NASCARPlayoffs.
