DeLand, FL - Police are investigating after a body was found in west DeLand.
Officers found the body in a wooded area north of N Sheridan Ave off of New York Ave at 5:30 PM on Thursday, April 27.
Officials say the body is that of a man with a history of health-related issues and based on evidence found at the scene, the death doesn't appear to be suspicious.
