Application Deadline For Housing Rehab Grant In Palm Coast Fast Approaching

Palm Coast, FL - Applications for the Housing Rehabilitation grant program will be accepted by the City of Palm Cost through Feb. 17.

As part of the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, qualified individuals will receive funds to upgrade and repair the interior or exterior of their single-family homes to bring them back up to minimum standards. In order to qualify,  residents must be homeowners, the home must be their primary residence, and they have to have lived in the home for at least a year. Residents must also not be delinquent on mortgage payments and they have to meet the income guidelines: a family of four must make less than $43,200 to qualify and a single individual must make less than $30, 250.

Applications are available on the City of Palm Coast website, PalmCoastGov.com, or they can be picked up at Palm Coast City Hall, 160 Lake Ave., during regular business hours. Completed applications should be submitted to Valerie Bradley’s attention at the Flagler County Government Services Building, 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Building 2, Bunnell no later than Feb 17 at 4PM.
