Palm Coast, FL- A Palm Coast man accused of aggravated stalking is in the Flagler County Jail. Sheriff’s deputies report that 63-year-old Kermit Carl Booth had been following and harassing a woman for the past 10 months. She works as a part-time nurse in an assisted-living facility where his mother resides.

The sheriff’s report showed that Booth had gone to the victim’s house and met her 7-year-old son and her mother. He also had information on her husband and where he worked.

The last straw came on Thursday when Booth blocked the path of the woman and yelled at her, “Why are you blowing me off,” and “Why won’t you talk to me?” Another employee intervened and the victim was able to get away and call the sheriff. Booth is charged with felony aggravated stalking and no bond was set.
