1 Man Arrested For Stabbing Incident Behind Molly Brown's Bar, 1 Man Sought

Daytona Beach, FL - The suspect in a stabbing incident that happened behind Molly Brown's bar has been arrested and another man is being sought in connection with the incident. Tony Quinn, 41, Daytona Beach, was arrested on Wednesday, March 22, for stabbing a woman in her upper back, which punctured her lung. According to the Daytona Beach Police Department (DBPD), the stabbing occurred after the victims, Lyric Browning, 18, and her boyfriend, Ronquell Bennett, 22, Palm Coast, attempted to break up a fight between 2 unknown women in the rear parking lot of Molly Brown's, 542 Seabreeze Blvd., Daytona Beach, on March 18 at 3:14 AM. The DBPD reports, the 2 unknown women turned on Browning and Bennett and then 2 men wearing kilts appeared on the scene, who were later identified as Quinn and suspect Christopher Lawrence, 37, Ormond Beach. The victims were then attacked by Quinn and Vallance. Quinn stabbed Browning in her upper back and Lawrence punched and kneed Bennett in the face several times. Surveillance cameras outside Molly Brown's and several witnesses' cell phone videos and Facebook posts were used to identify suspects. Browning and Bennett were both treated at Halifax Health Medical Center and are recovering from their injuries. Quinn was taken to the Volusia County Branch Jail and charged with Aggravated Assault. The 2nd suspect, Vallance, is still wanted for Battery charges. If anyone has information on Vallance's whereabouts, please contact Detective T. Hardaway at (386) 671-5100.
